Shipping & Delivery Policy

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

All estimated/typical delivery time are derived from real world data collected from past orders. They are approximate times for reference only. Shipping times vary by location. We ship out of Ohio. If your tracking page says "Accepted" or "Pre-shipment" by USPS, this means it is currently en route. Sometimes the tracking information isn't perfect and misses a scan along the way, but it should be there in a few days.

Bad weather, holidays, or other factors outside our control may affect shipping. Please contact the carrier about delays if any issues arise.

Please note we do not ship internationally at this time.

Processing

The processing time begins from the date you placed your order. It usually takes 1 business day to process your order. Once we've processed it, we can then ship it.

Please note:
  1. Shipping times will be affected during public holidays; manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations at these times. This is outside our control. Normal service resumes immediately after each holiday.
  2. Incorrect address details, customs clearance procedures and other issues may cause a delay in delivery.
  3. We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays, and we don't always ship on these days.

International Shipping:

We do not ship internationally at this time.
