Terms and conditions
It is our goal to make sure you are totally satisfied with your purchase. You may return unused, undamaged, unwashed merchandise (hang tag must still be attached to item) within 15 days of purchase (with exceptions made during the holidays to accomodate for gift giving).
We offer free, pre-paid shipping on both returns and exchanges. When conducting a return for a refund, a restocking/handling fee of 10% per item of the full value will be deducted from the refund amount.

If the item is in a condition (i.e. previously worn, washed or damaged) that doesn't allow us to resell, we will NOT be able to issue an exchange or return. If customer wishes to receive said item(s) back, they are responsible for covering postage.
Free return shipping: applies only to U.S. orders. If you live outside of the United States and need to process a return or exchange, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Get started with your exchange or return
To start a return or exchange, follow these steps:
- Draft an email to email@example.com.
- Add the order number from your confirmation email.
- Enter the email address, phone number, or zip code associated with the order.
- We'll send you a return shipping label which you can print, and when we receive the item, we’ll process the exchange or return and get your new products sent out to you.
How to wash your shirts
- Machine wash shirts on a cold, gentle cycle.
- Hang dry only.
- Wash with like colors.
- Iron shirts if necessary.
